Redefining food access and ensuring every household has local, nutritious food on a weekly basis.

Where Food Comes From

Access is more than just providing groceries. Access means one’s ability to obtain healthy groceries, prepare them in a culturally relevant way, and the opportunity to engage in the growing and cultivating of that food.

Our community’s connection to the land is our ultimate goal.

The nutrient-dense groceries that The Connected Chef distributes comes 80% from local farms and distributors in the NY, NJ, PA area. We believe that reconnecting with where our food comes from is the first step towards food sovereignty for all communities.

Who Is The Connected Chef?

Each and every one of us throughout our community and across the globe has an opportunity to be a connected chef. We are all connected chefs.

A connected chef believes that the greater connection we have to food the greater connection we have to ourselves, our communities, and our ability to affect change.

Food is our medium and when we connect with our food we open up vast opportunities to build a better life for ourselves, our community, and the world.
